Biddy Woollard
ted Learning Actor

Biddy is a very talented actor supporting ted Learning courses on Equality & Diversity. Having starred in the movie Hellboy and episodes of Doctor Who, she has worked in Corporate Training for several years and has a fantastic ability to deliver believable characters that delegates can relate to. She worked with Justin Smith-Essex delivering programmes to an optical chain on how to better engage with their customers and also around how sales staff in the car industry could be more focused on female buyers, really challenging this industry around some of its unconscious bias (and sometimes overt misconception around who the decision maker was!)

What our clients say about us

Our training is observational and participative, using teams of actors to bring it to life. We recognise that taking part in role-play is not for everyone, so we offer observational training – this is where two of our acting team demonstrate scenes related to the course and delegates observe and comment on the behaviors. Where a business is more confident working with actors, we take this to the next level with participative training so delegates get to practice their newly learnt skills.
