Claire Morton is a highly-motivated individual with a passion for learning and development, with over fifteen years of learning and development experience combined with organisational development in public and private sectors. Claire has a broad range of knowledge and skills that covers areas of behavioural, technical and functional development. Claire likes to work in partnership with clients to collaborate on the design, implementation, application and evaluation of development initiatives and solutions.
Claire loves being a part of the ted Learning team as she believes in our values and a culture of learning. She believes personal growth is one of the fundamental parts of a person’s life. Claire believes in creating a culture of learning to be able to move people and organisations forward. She is an NLP practitioner with years of coaching experience, helping people to find their true potential, enabling them to reach peak performance for themselves and the business.
Some of Claire’s qualifications include CIPD, MBTI and NLP Practitioner, ILM in Coaching, Assessor and IQA. Claire specialises in Leadership and Management development, personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence and equality and diversity. Claire thrives on research, design and delivery.
