Dan Drury
ted Learning Trainer

Dan delivers performance management workshops for ted Learning and has worked in Learning & Development for 18 years. He loves designing and delivering learning solutions, especially creative ones…he’s a bit of an L&D geek.
Dan is a natural facilitator, explaining ideas, concepts and theories in a way that is clear, straightforward and engaging and his experiences in a wide range of different environments, sectors and cultures help him use real examples that make the learning applicable. Dan works with our actors to help learners really understand the impact their behaviours and approach can have on others.
All of this is underlined by a solid belief that, whilst focusing on business benefit, learning should be enjoyable. This, in turn, means that participants can be challenged in a comfortable environment.
His main areas of expertise are leadership, management, change and team development.

What our clients say about us

Our training is observational and participative, using teams of actors to bring it to life. We recognise that taking part in role-play is not for everyone, so we offer observational training – this is where two of our acting team demonstrate scenes related to the course and delegates observe and comment on the behaviors. Where a business is more confident working with actors, we take this to the next level with participative training so delegates get to practice their newly learnt skills.
