The Brief

Our overall objective was; that after our session, the 75 Managers were:
  • To be energised and motivated to go back to the office
  • To be aware of key tips for having difficult conversations with underperforming staff
  • To have had a really fun and high energy interactive session
A key message for us to convey during our session is that change is constant, it’s how we react that is important: The Organisations and people that embrace change will be successful in the new world.
Having researched Accent Group, 2 of our actors performed relevant and bespoke scenarios showing: -
  • Poor Customer Service (An operative going to a tenant’s house to assess the damp)
  • A Difficult Conversation (A manager very badly giving feedback to a Housing Officer who is struggling with remote working)
Having performed the scenes the delegates came up with advice and recommendations for the Operative and the Manager as to how they could improve their attitude and behaviours. The actors then performed the scenes again having taken this on board. It produced a far more positive outcome!
We bought much fun, comedy and humour to the session and the result was a roaring success.
