ted Learning is delighted to be working with Oxford Computer Group delivering time management and customer service programmes. Our course supported the team to further enhance the level of service provided to their clients. ted Learning worked with Oxford Computer Group to deliver time management and customer service programmes. The client wanted all team members to be more time efficient and more focused on their clients providing solutions that were realistic and achievable.
The challenge was to deliver these courses in one day to all employees. We worked with the client to devise two half day sessions that each employee would attend in rotation so that everyone covered the subject matters. Having observed the team in advance of the course, we created scenarios that were realistic and relevant. Staff were able to comment on the way our actor playing the staff member came across and direct the action to deliver the positive service experience. From this, we agreed what their own service proposition should look like, how to overcome objections and how to deliver realistic promises.
