ted Learning is delighted to be working with global jewellery brand Pandora to support the design and delivery of its retail management programme. We visited the L&D team in Copenhagen to understand the context of the programme and will be both supporting its briefing to managers from across the globe and helping in the delivery of the programme.
Additionally, we were asked to deliver an engaging session to their Global Training Meeting, which took place in Denmark. This included trainers from the USA, Russia, Mainland Europe, Africa, the UK and Australia.
We were tasked with getting their trainers to think about different learning styles when designing their product training moving forward.
ted Learning Directors, Justin Smith-Essex & Clare Samuels, together with actor Jerry Lindop made the flight over and designed a session that demonstrated the three different learning styles and how best practice could look. We spent time with the whole team on how this would translate to their markets and were mindful when designing it and delivering it of our international audience.
