Thrive Homes

The Brief

Ted learning has been working with Thrive Homes since 2013. Initially contacted to deliver a series of Equality and Diversity sessions to their employees, this has grown to ted Learning becoming a preferred training supplier for many management and employee courses, including presentation skills, train the trainer, interview skills, recruitment planning, project management, time management and coaching.

At the start of our relationship with Thrive, we spent time getting to know the organisation, understanding what made it unique, its language, processes, values and people. We have delivered several free tasters of sessions prior to rollout so the business has confidence in the content.

We have also been extremely proud to be asked for two consecutive years now to host their annual staff conference, including facilitating breakout sessions.

We have recently commenced the rollout of the Thrive Academy for managers to ensure all managers are working at a Thrive standard and have competency in some key areas. Additionally, we regularly work with the Senior Management Team in facilitating meetings and discussions around values and moving the organisation forward.

WHY ted Learning?

Our training is observational and participative, using teams of actors to bring it to life. We recognise that taking part in role-play is not for everyone, so we offer observational training – this is where two of our acting team demonstrate scenes related to the course and delegates observe and comment on the behaviors. Where a business is more confident working with actors, we take this to the next level with participative training so delegates get to practice their newly learnt skills.
