ted Learning has delivered bespoke courses in Customer Service, E&D, Presentation Skills (at all levels) Time Management, Personal Effectiveness, Conflict Management, Stress Management and Writing for Business. Given the diversity and different cultural backgrounds of our delegates, we have worked closely with the client to ensure the training meets their needs.
Ted learning worked with Wolters Kluwer Health for over 5 years and started the programme delivering a few courses to compliment their internal offering. A truly international business, we were tasked with delivering courses, and programmes that met the needs of the business, delivered long-term change and also took into account the international audience we would be working with.
When delivering Presentation Skills courses, we needed to take into account that some attendees would not present in English so we need to ensure we incorporated this and weren’t UK centric in our approach.

Our biggest single project was a sales programme for the European and Middle Eastern based sales teams. This involved researching current practice by shadowing their team on sales calls in Norway, Germany and Dubai aswell as the UK.From this we were able to build a course that celebrated the regional successes in approach and gave a more consistent style and approach so that all customers received a more positive sales experience. There was also a real focus on closing the sale in a manner that worked for the Pharmaceutical industry.
Senior HR Manager, Julia Reece was our key contact in the business and we would meet regularly with her to understand the learning outcomes desired and the business language. We fully embedded ourselves into this business with a really good understanding of the business language and processes.
I worked with Justin & Clare from ted Learning for over two years and found their approach to Learning & Development to be refreshing, innovative and very commercial. They implemented an ILM accredited Learning programme for Wolters Kluwer UK Managers at Level’s 2, 3 and 4 and delivered all employee courses including their Equality & Diversity programme, which is the most fun, engaging way I have ever seen legislation delivered – our employees absolutely loved ted Learning and I look forward to working with them again.
