Our Resolving Conflict course gives people the confidence and practical skills to respond calmly and effectively in challenging situations.

Using our drama based learning approach, participants experience realistic workplace scenarios and explore how emotions and behaviours influence outcomes. They practise techniques to de-escalate situations safely, whether customer facing or within teams.

By the end of the session, learners are able to:

  • Communicate calmly under pressure

  • Diffuse difficult situations

  • Reduce the risk of conflict escalating

The course is interactive, practical and engaging, with no slide decks or theory overload, and can be delivered in person or virtually, tailored to managers, employees or specific teams.
