August Newsletter

I hope this message finds you all in high spirits.  As we delve into the heart of summer (though not sure our UK based clients will agree with this!), I am thrilled to welcome you to our July newsletter, where we place a strong emphasis on two essential pillars of professional growth: Interview Skills and Performance Management.

At ted Learning, we believe unlocking potential lies not only in honing our technical skills but also in mastering the art of effective communication and performance optimisation.  We have been working extensively with our global clients on how they recruit, and onboard talent and our client focus this month is with our global client Trust Payments, where we have supported them in being a more inclusive place to work with our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion product alongside our Consciously Inclusive Recruitment workshops.  We also welcomed new client Grosvenor and delivered our Consciously Inclusive training to them, along with a return to Leyland SDM for interview skills.

Whilst we recognise the UK market remains challenging, our clients are telling us that they are seeing more candidates out there wanting to know if when they join an organisation it will meet with their needs from a values, culture, and ethical perspective.  I know when I was in my 20s and 30s these questions didn’t even cross my mind but having delivered training to large groups of under 30s recently, their main focus is “can I see myself fitting in here”.

So whether you’re a seasoned professional looking to fine-tune your interview process or have managers seeking innovative ways to empower their teams, this month’s edition has something truly valuable for each one of you.  Why not check out our podcasts on consciously inclusive recruitment, managing conflict and coaching that we have released in the last few weeks!

We are also starting a new series of podcasts called LIVED EXPERIENCES that will interview people from under-represented groups, talking about their lives at work and the challenges, experiences and opportunities they have experienced.  We can’t wait to launch these – we are so passionate about supporting our clients in being inclusive places to work.

At ted Learning, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and providing you with the tools and insights needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Thank you for being part of our vibrant community.

Wishing you a month of inspiration and growth!

Warm regards,
