As we approach the end of another busy and brilliant year, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being part of the ted Learning community.

Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, Yule, Kwanzaa, or simply enjoy a well-earned break, we hope this season brings you rest, joy, and time with the people who matter most.

At ted Learning, we proudly encourage all our clients and partners to recognise and celebrate the wide range of cultural and religious festivities that enrich our workplaces, making them richer, more inclusive, and more human. This time of year reminds us how important those values are.

We are also proud that, for the 13th year in a row, we are running our 12 Days Before Christmas campaign. Each of our colleagues gets to nominate a charity of their choice, and we donate to that organisation on their behalf.

We recognise that we are in the fortunate position of working in a business and enjoying the safety and comfort of a salary and a warm home. The charities our team have nominated all have a personal story to them and will be shared across our social media from 12th December.

We’re finishing 2025 on a real high, with one of our biggest creative projects yet: the brand-new Reiss Experience training videos, created for every retail colleague across the Reiss business. Our team is scripting, filming, and producing everything from in-store drama scenes and presenter-led content to b-roll and colleague interviews, all bringing the gold-standard Reiss Experience to life. The full training suite will launch at the Reiss conference in March, and we cannot wait to share it.

And speaking of bringing personality to life… our spotlight course this season is The Power of Personality.

It’s fun, fresh, punchy, and genuinely transformative, helping teams understand themselves and each other so they can communicate better, collaborate more effectively, and build stronger relationships at work. If you’re looking for a high-energy, high-impact session to kickstart 2026, this one’s definitely worth a look.
