ted Learning is highly experienced at delivering dramatically different, engaging and fun learning to large groups at conferences. We have delivered to Local Authorities, Retail, Housing, Government Departments and the Insurance Sector at annual conferences.

Dramatically Different.

Our brief has always been to create something really different using our theatre based approach. This has ranged from scenes on a large stage covering the topic of giving feedback to over 400 people who then broke out into smaller groups, to running the entire conference for several clients from providing the host, to all the break out rooms and experiences.

Conferences should still be fun and engaging and ted Learning brings a different dynamic to how we deliver key messages. We have also for several clients provided our ted Learning Production team who have filmed the entire event and can provide follow up content for you to use.

ted Learning can provide an event or conference with a host to give the event an independent voice. We have experienced presenters working for us who bring great passion and humour to any event.

We can also support with actors and facilitators to help deliver engaging and fun theatre at the front that supports the launch of an initiative or a group wide message. We have helped launch values in a totally unique way, delivered inclusion and diversity messages or helped clients deliver their strategy in a way that engaged learners where PowerPoint would have failed.

What subjects can you deliver at Conferences?

We have helped launch corporate values, strategies and business plans. We have hosted events and introduced Directors and Senior Managers. We have delivered Inclusion training, coaching and also used the 'plant' where our actors are within the audience and input without learners knowing they are part of our team. By creating an 'experience' the message is more likely to be remembered.

Why use ted Learning?

Conferences and events are a great opportunity to get a large group together, but listening to presentations or watching slides for an entire day, isn't always the best approach. Using theatre we can create an experience bespoke to your business or organisation that entertains and educates. Whatever the subject matter ted Learning has experience of delivering this.

How many people can you deliver to?

We have delivered training events to groups of 50-80 people with a team of facilitators and actors - we use sets to create a real sense of theatre. We have delivered conferences to 500 people - starting with a scene on 'stage' at the front and then facilitating input from the audience in either the main room or through breakout rooms.

We can use a number of actors to deliver scenes either to large groups or conduct a piece of theatre at the front, and then get groups to break out into smaller groups and rooms to dissect the scene and come up with agreed actions. We can also use actors to help launch values or strategy through scenario based situations.

Yes! We have a number of skilled presenters working with ted Learning who have extensive experience of hosting conferences and events - they bring gravitas, humour and energy and we have showreels to show if you want to see them in action!
