We collaborate with Linden Management to bring our drama-based, engaging approach into apprenticeship programmes—so the learning feels more like commercial leadership training, tailored to your business context.

The relationship is directly with the approved apprenticeship provider. ted Learning acts as an associate, delivering the workshop content on behalf of the provider.

ABOUT Apprenticeships
What are the Apprenticeship Standards?
The Apprenticeship Standards were introduced in 2017, designed by Trailblazer groups of employers who identified the need for relevant and challenging work- based training programmes. The Apprenticeship Standards have been designed to boost the skillsets of learners across diverse roles and sectors, equipping them with the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours required to thrive in a specific career.
What is Apprenticeship funding?
In England Apprenticeship Standards can be funded via the Employer’s apprenticeship levy or through a process known as ‘co-investment’ depending on the company’s size.
How do I access this type of training?
If you contact ted Learning, we will spend time understanding your needs and then liaise with our preferred partner and set up a launch meeting. This means our drama-based approach will be incorporated into the delivery of the workshops, making it feel commercial in style. What’s more, you can call the programme something unique to your business, several of our clients have!
What are the benefits of this approach?
Utilising your levy means you can make a significant investment in the development of your people over a longer period of time. The workshops are designed to upskills various levels of management and will be tailored to your organisation making it feel relevant and relatable. And what is not to love about a programme that might be completely free – as you have paid the levy already! Plus, you get the confidence of a highly experienced apprenticeship provider working alongside ted Learning who deliver highly impactful and engaging drama-based learning!

What if I am not a levy payer?
Don’t worry, you can still access this training and the great news is you only pay 5% of the cost – the Government pays the rest. So you can train your people on a full leadership and management apprenticeship programme for a fraction of the cost of a commercial training programme. Please contact us for more details.
