What does it cover?

Tackling Bullying and Harassment Through Interactive, Drama-Based Training for Employees and Managers

Our Bullying and Harassment course raises awareness of what constitutes unacceptable behaviour in the workplace—both intentional and unintentional. Using our unique drama-based learning approach, participants explore the emotional and professional impact of bullying and harassment, with a specific focus on how this behaviour affects individuals and workplace culture. The course also covers the legal responsibilities surrounding the prevention of sexual harassment, ensuring your organisation is aligned with current legislation.

This course is delivered in two distinct parts:

Part 1 (90 minutes) is designed for all employees. It uses bespoke drama scenarios to clearly define bullying and harassment, and demonstrate the impact such behaviour can have on others. This session also covers individual and organisational duties under the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, with particular emphasis on recognising and preventing sexual harassment. For added flexibility, Part 1 is also available as a digital e-learning course.

Part 2 (2 hours) is tailored for managers and leaders. In this session, participants work directly with our actors using observational and forum theatre to develop the confidence and skills needed to address inappropriate workplace behaviour. Through realistic role-play, managers practise handling sensitive conversations and learn how to intervene early and effectively.

All participants—whether attending Part 1, Part 2, or both—complete the course by making a personal commitment to support a zero-tolerance approach to bullying and harassment at work.
