A policy can set expectations, but it cannot prepare people for every situation. Employees need to recognise sexual harassment and know how to respond. Managers need a clear process when concerns are raised. Leaders need to assess risk and act before harm occurs, including where customers, clients, contractors or visitors are involved.
Helping every employee recognise sexual harassment, understand its impact and respond confidently when they experience or witness inappropriate behaviour.
Equipping managers to receive concerns sensitively, follow a clear process and take appropriate action when disclosures or incidents arise.
Helping leaders assess risk, set clear expectations and build a working environment in which sexual harassment is actively prevented.
Effective prevention starts with understanding where your organisation is now. Our free Sexual Harassment Readiness Checklist helps you review your current approach across policy, third-party harassment, leadership, reporting, training and workplace culture, so you can identify potential gaps and priorities for action.
ted Learning then helps you turn policy and legal responsibilities into practical workplace behaviour. Our three connected courses support employees, managers and leaders, ensuring that everyone understands the part they play in preventing sexual harassment.
Through interactive digital learning, realistic case studies and our signature drama-based approach, learners explore situations they may genuinely encounter, including behaviour involving colleagues, customers, clients, contractors, suppliers or visitors.
Employees develop the confidence to recognise inappropriate behaviour, respond safely and report concerns. Managers learn how to handle disclosures, complaints and incidents appropriately and consistently. Leaders learn how to assess risk, hold effective conversations and take meaningful follow-up action that helps prevent problems from recurring.

Professional actors bring realistic workplace situations to life. Your people are not asked to perform or pretend to be someone else. They can observe, discuss, question, pause the action, direct the scene and explore better responses in a safe, practical way.
Performance, behaviour, conduct and conflict.
Supporting managers and teams in pressured conversations.
Building confidence around reporting routes, manager response and safe escalation.

We take time to understand your people, culture, policies, roles and the conversations that feel hardest to handle.
The scenes reflect situations your managers, teams and employees recognise.
Professional actors make the situations feel real, so learners can explore what works, what does not, and how different responses change the outcome.
Your people leave with practical language, confidence and behaviours they can use back at work.
Booking a conversation does not commit you to a programme. It is an opportunity to discuss your organisation’s current approach to sexual harassment prevention and identify where training may strengthen employee awareness, manager confidence and leadership responsibility.
Where there is a potential fit, we can outline suitable course options, delivery formats, indicative costs and timescales to support your internal decision-making.
We’ll discuss your workforce, current training, organisational risks and the responsibilities different groups need to understand.
This may include employees recognising and responding to inappropriate behaviour, managers handling concerns and disclosures, or leaders assessing risk and strengthening prevention.
Download our free Sexual Harassment Readiness Checklist to review your policies, reporting processes, manager responsibilities, employee training and workplace culture.
You will also receive our Sexual Harassment Training brochure, which explains how our connected courses for employees, managers and leaders use realistic scenarios and drama-based learning to turn legal responsibilities into practical workplace behaviour.
