At ted Learning, we specialise in delivering engaging drama-based learning experiences that bring equity, diversity and inclusion to life in a real and relatable way.

Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) courses use powerful, actor-led scenarios to explore everyday behaviours – from subtle bias and microaggressions to language, decision-making and culture. Learners see the impact of their actions, practise new approaches and leave with practical tools to create a more inclusive, respectful workplace.

All of our EDI training can be delivered face-to-face, virtually, or through online digital learning via our ted Learning HuB, or provided for hosting on your own LMS. This flexibility means you can reach teams across different locations, roles and shift patterns.

Each course can be fully customised with tailored drama-based scripts and scenarios that reflect your organisation’s people, policies and challenges – whether you are focusing on inclusive leadership, allyship, anti-racism, disability inclusion or creating psychologically safe teams.
