A highly interactive and participate series of workshops that enable a deeper understanding on how to get the best out of each of the Office packages.

What will I do on the day?

We can combine the topics into a day workshop or spend an entire day to focus on word, excel or PowerPoint. Courses have pre-work to determine the most appropriate level to deliver the courses at.

This course is delivered by an expert trainer in the subject matter. Whether it's wanting to use Word more effectively, add a column up in Excel or better use PowerPoint to deliver presentations, there will be plenty of time during the workshop to learn, apply and practice skills, which can be immediately used back in the workplace. Supportive materials are provided for each course as a point of reference.

The specific learning outcomes of the course are dependent on which package we focus on (Word, Excel or PowerPoint), existing skill level and how the learner needs to use Office in their role.

Our training is observational and participative, using teams of actors to bring it to life. We recognise that taking part in role-play is not for everyone, so we offer observational training – this is where two of our acting team demonstrate scenes related to the course and delegates observe and comment on the behaviors. Where a business is more confident working with actors, we take this to the next level with participative training so delegates get to practice their newly learnt skills.
