Enhancing Workplace Learning at Alder King with the ted Learning HuB
ted Learning supported its client by launching bespoke digital training courses through the ted Learning HuB, an innovative learning management system designed to enhance engagement, tracking, and accessibility.
By utilising the ted Learning, the client was able to monitor course completions, track learner progress, and gather real-time feedback, ensuring the effectiveness of their training initiatives. The first course, Consciously Inclusive, focused on fostering workplace diversity and inclusion, and received highly positive feedback, highlighting its impact in driving meaningful change.
