Alder King Property Consultants, a leading UK-based commercial property consultancy, sought to develop a comprehensive suite of digital training courses to support their commitment to creating a more inclusive workplace. The organisation aimed to foster a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) by equipping employees with essential knowledge and skills in key areas, including unconscious bias, disability awareness, and workplace equity.
ted Learning supported its client by launching bespoke digital training courses through the ted Learning HuB, an innovative learning management system designed to enhance engagement, tracking, and accessibility.
By utilising the ted Learning, the client was able to monitor course completions, track learner progress, and gather real-time feedback, ensuring the effectiveness of their training initiatives. The first course, Consciously Inclusive, focused on fostering workplace diversity and inclusion, and received highly positive feedback, highlighting its impact in driving meaningful change.
