WHAT CHALLENGE DID Arke Creative FACE?
Arke Creative is a Design & Build business and wanted to build the confidence of several of their interior design team around presenting. This was mostly around when they presented to clients and ensuring the came across as confident, knowledgeable and really understood the clients brief.
HOW DID WE HELP?
Bespoke Presentation Confidence Training for Arke Creative: Tailored Coaching for Designers by ted Learning.
ted Learning designed a completely bespoke presenting with confidence course for each of Arke Creative designers that was tailored to their specific needs. For one of the learners this was being more focused in the structure and for others it was around confidence building.
We delivered several sessions where ted played the role of clients and gave feedback on being on the receiving end of the presentations. We also involved other colleagues to participate in observing and giving feedback.
WHAT DID THE Client SAY?
We engaged ted learning to support some of our design team in presenting with more confidence to our clients. We were absolutely delighted with the outcome – the team are more confident and structured in how they approach presenting in pitches. This has helped as we have won more work!
Now we have ted learning in regularly to help the team – very beneficial.
