Bensons for Beds initially contacted ted for support with customer service training for store managers. They loved the idea of something more experiential and longer lasting than their traditional approach. They had wider needs for video content production and supporting in the onboarding of new managers via their training centre.
ted Learning supported Bensons for Beds with face to face training, plus the production of SMILE training videos to support their in-house initiatives around service. This included filming in stores and showing each touch point of the customer experience and what it needed to look like. We also supported brand rollouts at their manager conferences over the last 10 years including again in 2024 to help launch a new set of service standards. We also worked with their delivery teams on how to ensure this aspect of the customer experience was managed effectively.
