Caterham School wanted to move away from the compliance feel of EDI training, which had previously always been delivered digitally via e-learning. They wanted something more impactful and memorable and that could be delivered to the entire staff over 1 session.
ted Learning was appointed to this project as Caterham School loved the fact we had educational experience within our team. We created a bespoke version of our scripts to ensure each of the drama scenes for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion had a school setting and felt relevant. This was delivered to a large group in a lecture style and combined video and live drama. The session was highly interactive and the audience was mixed with academic and support staff so we ensured the setting and scripts reflected this.
The course was really refreshing, informative and thought-provoking. The trainers were thorough, knowledgeable and helpful and dealt with difficult topics sensitively and professionally.
