WHAT CHALLENGE DID Chelmsford City Council FACE?
Chelmsford City Council were looking for a new provider for EDI training within the organisation. They wanted something that could be delivered in an event style so that it reached the maximum number of their colleagues. They wanted a bespoke product that was high impact, engaging and different that their people would want to attend. They wanted to reduce situations arising around this subject area.

How ted Learning Transformed EDI Training for Chelmsford City Council with Drama-Based Learning
ted Learning was approached and asked to put forward a proposal on how we could support the council and were ultimately successful in being awarded the contract. This led to ted rolling out our EDI training in their theatre using our drama-based approach and we have been working with Chelmsford City Council since 2018. We now provide them with face to face EDI training alongside full access to our digital library of courses via our ted Learning HuB.
