WHAT WAS THEIR CHALLENGE?
When Claranet originally contacted ted Learning, they were looking for support as they moved to a hybrid working model. This led to further opportunities identified when they better understood the value of drama-based learning. They wanted to create a more inclusive place to work and loved the idea of EDI training using drama. More recently, Claranet wanted to deliver training around sexual harassment.
HOW DID WE HELP?
ted’s Drama-Based EDI & Sexual Harassment Training: Driving Culture Change Since 2022
Since 2022, ted Learning has been delivering engaging, drama-based Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training across the entire organisation, followed by specialised leadership versions to enhance inclusive leadership skills.
Building on this foundation, in 2024 and 2025, we introduced our digital Sexual Harassment Awareness course, followed by interactive face-to-face and virtual follow-up sessions for managers. These sessions reinforce key learning points, support a culture of accountability, and ensure the organisation meets its legal obligations.
By combining live drama with digital learning, we equip managers with the skills and confidence to handle sensitive disclosures, fostering a safer, more inclusive workplace.
