Unlocking Workplace Potential: How ted Learning Transformed Communication at the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills
ted Learning was thrilled to collaborate with the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills to deliver our Power of Personality (POP) programme. The primary goal was to enhance communication across the organisation by helping individuals gain deeper insights into their own personality preferences and those of their colleagues.
Our interactive training began with a live scenario, highlighting common workplace challenges. This was followed by an expert-led session where our POP trainer introduced the four personality profiles, enabling participants to identify their own traits and better understand their colleagues. By fostering greater self-awareness and adaptability, teams learned how to collaborate more effectively and maximise their collective strengths.
To ensure widespread impact at the Department of Business, we delivered this training to large groups over multiple sessions, supporting a seamless organisation-wide rollout.
