ted Learning partnered with Edelman to deliver Hybrid Working training, tailored to both leaders managing hybrid teams and employees adapting to this new way of working. These sessions ensured a smooth transition and helped teams stay productive, engaged, and collaborative.

Following this success, Edelman identified a need for managing stressful client relationships. With tight deadlines, global clients, and high expectations, account managers often faced challenging situations. To support them, we developed a bespoke stress management programme that combined theory, proven models, and best practices with immersive drama-based learning.
