Fulwood Hall Hospital, is part of Ramsay Healthcare, one of our existing clients. They wanted to support front line colleagues with training on how to be more aware of gender pronouns and given ted’s work in delivering our main Equity, Diversity and Inclusion course, felt our drama-based approach would be the right option. Staff were confused and making mistakes and there was a genuine desire to get it right.

We used our existing EDI framework as a foundation but completely rewrote our drama-based scenes to ensure they were directly relevant to the healthcare environment. By blending our proven frontline training with new, targeted scenarios on gender pronouns, we created a course that was both informative and deeply impactful.
Delivered by our EDI expert, the training also incorporated real insights from interviews with trans and non-binary individuals, ensuring authenticity and practical relevance for hospital staff.
