Global Aerospace is a specialist aviation insurance provider and was looking for training to help managers manage their teams more effectively and not avoid having difficult conversations. They also wanted support with their learning at lunch aimed at a global audience to deliver bite-size sessions on management related topics.

ted Learning delivered a communication and listening skills session across all Global Aerospace offices, ensuring accessibility and engagement. We also designed a fully bespoke leadership programme, Authentic Communication and Team Management, tailored to leaders with varying levels of experience and seniority.
To make the learning practical and impactful, we integrated drama-based scenarios, bringing real workplace challenges to life and helping leaders develop clearer, more authentic communication strategies.
