Hampstead Hill School‘s culture is built upon respect and they wanted to move away from the compliance feel of EDI training, which had previously always been delivered digitally via e-learning. They wanted something more impactful and memorable and that could be delivered to the entire staff over 1 session.

How ted Learning Delivered Bespoke EDI Training for Hampstead Hill School
ted Learning was selected by Hampstead Hill School for our deep educational expertise, ensuring a relevant and impactful approach to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training.
We developed a customised version of our EDI programme, tailoring drama-based scenarios to reflect a school environment. Delivered in a large lecture-style format, the session combined live drama and video content for an engaging and immersive learning experience.
With a diverse audience of academic and support staff, we ensured the training was inclusive, interactive, and directly applicable to their daily roles, fostering a more equitable and supportive school culture.
