How ted Learning Helped Hedsor House Improve Customer Service & Internal Communication

ted Learning partnered with Hedsor House to address key customer service and internal communication challenges. Through close collaboration with the Directors, we identified a common issue—a tendency to always say ‘yes’ to customer requests, sometimes leading to undeliverable promises or increased costs, resulting in complaints.

To tackle this, we developed a fully bespoke training programme incorporating Brave Conversations to help teams manage both customer expectations and internal discussions effectively. Using tailored, drama-based scenarios, we delivered the training on-site, bringing real customer interactions to life and demonstrating the impact of getting communication right—or wrong.

This immersive approach empowered teams to navigate difficult conversations with confidence, ensuring a more balanced, customer-focused service while maintaining operational efficiency.
