Holy Cross Primary School recognised a key challenge within their organisation—colleagues were avoiding difficult conversations, both internally and externally. To foster a more open and effective communication culture, they sought expert support from ted Learning.
Using our Brave Conversations course as a foundation, we created a bespoke drama-based training session, tailored specifically to the school’s unique challenges. Our live scenario showcased a relatable workplace issue, helping staff see, understand, and reflect on the difficulties they had been avoiding.
Through a combination of engaging drama, guided discussions, proven models, and practical theory, participants gained a structured approach to handling difficult conversations with confidence and clarity.
