Hyster-Yale designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks, attachments, aftermarket parts and technology solutions. The opportunity was to support their training team in being more effective in training retailers in their product range – making the delivery more engaging and impactful. Originally the client thought our presentation skills course was what they wanted.

How ted Learning Designed a Bespoke Facilitation Skills Workshop for Hyster-Yale
After consulting with key stakeholders at Hyster-Yale, it became clear that a train-the-trainer approach would be more effective than a standard presentation skills course.
To meet this need, ted Learning developed a fully bespoke Facilitation Skills workshop, built on the foundations of our train-the-trainer programme. This tailored session equipped Hyster-Yale‘s trainers with the skills to communicate product features and benefits more effectively, ensuring greater engagement and impact with their audiences.
By focusing on practical facilitation techniques, we helped their trainers deliver information with confidence, clarity, and influence, enhancing the overall effectiveness of their training programmes.

Overall enjoyed the day and learned a lot. Trainer was very knowledgeable and good at facilitating the course. Actor was good too and helped to engage the group / lighten the mood.
