Inflexion, a leading investment firm, sought specialist training to support their female and younger employees in confidently engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders while staying true to their authentic selves.
With many participants stepping into non-executive roles for the first time, there was a need to equip them with the skills to navigate these relationships effectively and ensure their voices were heard in key discussions.
ted Learning designed a fully bespoke course, combining practical strategies, interactive learning, and drama-based scenarios to help participants develop confidence, presence, and impactful communication skills in high-level professional settings.

How ted Learning Designed a Bespoke Authenticity Workshop for Inflexion
ted Learning partnered with Inflexion to create a tailored Authenticity Workshop, designed to address real workplace challenges and enhance alignment with the organisation’s core values.
Using drama-based learning, we brought to life real employee experiences, highlighting the impact of behaviours on workplace culture. The session was led by an expert facilitator, guiding attendees through self-reflection and practical strategies to ensure their approach remained genuine, aligned with company values, and authentically impactful.
This workshop empowered employees to foster a more inclusive, values-driven work environment, strengthening both team dynamics and leadership effectiveness.
