Inspired Gaming initially contacted ted for support with presentation skills as they wanted to support a number of their colleagues with formal training on how to present more effectively and engaging. This then led to further opportunities as the team loved their ted experience and wanted to know if we could support them in the wider business with their management training.

HOW DID WE HELP?

How ted Learning Supported Inspired Gaming’s ‘Inspired to Be Different’ Leadership Programme

Following the success of our Presentation Skills training, ted Learning partnered with Inspired Gaming to design and deliver their 12-month ‘Inspired to Be Different’ Leadership & Management Programme for middle managers in operations.

This bespoke programme was designed to build a culture of growth and equip leaders with the skills to motivate, inspire, and connect through emotional intelligence, meaningful communication, and a shared sense of purpose.

We delivered training on:

  • Understanding communication & personality preferences
  • Managing conflict & difficult conversations
  • Motivating teams & managing performance

By focusing on practical leadership skills, this programme empowered managers to drive engagement, productivity, and positive workplace culture.
