Interflora reached out to ted Learning for support in moving to a more hybrid way of working, having seen our drama-based programme of workshops that we have developed. They wanted to support both managers and colleagues around the business, with all workshops needing to be delivered in a hybrid way.
The first step in our partnership with Interflora was to collaborate closely to identify their key challenges and determine which training modules would be most impactful. Each module was designed to be experiential, featuring drama-based learning to bring real workplace scenarios to life.
We began with our P.O.P. workshop, focusing on understanding individual communication styles and preferences. This was followed by sessions on facilitating effective hybrid meetings and managing performance in hybrid teams, ensuring leaders were equipped with the right tools to navigate modern workplace dynamics.
The programme was extremely well received, with participants highlighting the customised drama elements as a key factor in enhancing engagement and reinforcing the learning experience.
