ted Learning first tendered for the contract with Ipswich Borough Council in 2019 around delivering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training. We were successfully awarded this contract which has subsequently been renewed twice and extended.
ted Learning has been a trusted DEI training partner for Ipswich Borough Council, delivering inclusive and engaging training for employees, managers, and elected members.
Our work began with face-to-face workshops, starting with a managers’ away day in a theatre setting, followed by interactive sessions for employees across the organisation. We also ran specialised training for elected members, ensuring leadership alignment on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In 2021, we were reappointed to develop bespoke digital learning content, providing Ipswich Borough Council with a custom LMS platform. We collaborated closely with the client to create realistic drama-based e-learning scenarios, filmed on-site at Ipswich locations, to enhance engagement and relatability.
