Our relationship with Jensten Group  began through our longstanding work with Zurich Insurance, for whom Jensten is an insurance broker. As Jensten experienced a period of rapid growth, the organisation recognised the importance of investing in its people and developing the management capabilities needed to support its expanding business.

Jensten Group was particularly interested in our Rising Stars programme, which provides aspiring and emerging managers with the practical skills, confidence and knowledge to take the next step in their careers. The programme offered an opportunity to develop management capability from within the organisation, helping employees build the skills needed to lead teams, manage people effectively and navigate the challenges of a growing business.

Following the successful launch of Rising Stars, our relationship with Jensten Group developed into a wider learning and development partnership. Since 2022, ted Learning  has worked closely with Jensten Group to deliver a broad range of training solutions, supporting the development of its people as the organisation continues to evolve.

Our partnership reflects a shared commitment to practical, engaging learning that equips employees and managers with the skills they need to succeed.
