WHAT CHALLENGE DID Lumo Trains FACE?
Lumo Trains was a new open access rail company that launched in 2020 and went out to tender for a training provider to work with them on developing their customer experience programme, how to onboard staff and maintain their focus and also rolling out EDI training and conflict resolution. This was an exciting opportunity to be part of a new business launch and help shape how learning was launched.

How ted Learning Designed & Delivered Bespoke Training for Lumo Trains
ted Learning partnered with Lumo Trains to create a fully bespoke training programme, built from the ground up to reflect their unique customer experience and service standards.
We developed drama-based scenarios, filmed onboard a Lumo train as COVID restrictions were easing, to help employees understand and embody the Lumo experience. To ensure long-term impact, we trained internal coaches on how to reinforce and sustain this learning within the organisation.
