Meggitt is a world leader in aerospace, defence and energy, and now part of the Parker Aerospace Group. The client wanted to improve their customers experience and wanted to invest in face to face training to be delivered in the USA, UK and Singapore. They wanted this to be a 2 day event for all employees and 3 days for the managers. They wanted their agreed service standards embedded and brought to life by ted Learning.

How ted Learning Designed a Bespoke Customer Experience Training Programme for Meggitt
ted Learning, partnered with Meggitt and their Customer Experience Director to create a highly customised training programme that encouraged reflection and realisation on the current customer experience.
To ensure authenticity, we sourced professional actors in the USA, UK, and Singapore, delivering realistic, region-specific training that truly reflected the global nature of Meggitt’s operations. Using real customer calls and emails, we developed bespoke scripts that brought real-world interactions to life, helping teams identify key service challenges and improve communication.
Additionally, we implemented our P.O.P. (Personality & Communication Preferences) profiling tool for all managers, enabling them to better understand individual working styles and adapt their leadership approach to enhance team engagement and customer interactions.
