How ted Learning Enhanced Presentation Skills for National Highways’ Senior Leadership Team

ted Learning partnered with the senior leadership team at National Highways to deliver a bespoke presentation skills training programme, equipping leaders with the techniques to engage their audiences more effectively.

Using our drama-based approach, we placed participants on the receiving end of a presentation, helping them identify key elements of effective communication from an audience perspective. This insight allowed them to refine their delivery style, structure, and engagement techniques for greater impact.

Each participant had the opportunity to practice their presentation skills, receiving expert feedback from ted Learning facilitators and peer-to-peer coaching, ensuring they gained confidence and practical strategies to elevate their public speaking and leadership communication.
