WHAT CHALLENGE DID OFWAT FACE?
OFWAT the Water Services Regulation Authority, contacted ted for support around brave conversations as part of an area they identified to better support their colleagues. They were recommended to ted Learning by a Director working there now who had previously worked at another ted client – they commented that the training we delivered before at their previous business was the best they had ever seen and people were buzzing about it, so they wanted that same outcome at OFWAT.

How ted Learning Delivered Tailored Brave Conversations Training for Ofwat
ted Learning ted Learning collaborated with Ofwat to customise and rework our Brave Conversations training, ensuring it aligned with the real-world scenarios their teams encounter.
Delivered face-to-face over two interactive sessions, the training provided a highly practical experience, allowing participants to explore effective communication techniques in a safe and engaging environment. Learners had the opportunity to reflect on their current approach, develop new strategies, and gain confidence in handling challenging conversations more effectively moving forward.
By tailoring our drama-based training methods to Ofwat’s unique needs, we created an impactful learning experience that strengthens collaboration, leadership, and communication skills across the organisation.
