Plan International is a charity that works with children and girls in over 80 countries to help create a world where we are all equal. They first contacted ted Learning in 2021 as they launched a more hybrid way to working and needed support. They wanted to help managers understand the challenges of managing a hybrid team and how they could make this successful. They liked that ted had incorporated drama into the course so that learners could experience the learning as well as hearing and seeing.
ted Learning partnered with Plan International to develop a tailored hybrid working training programme, designed to address key challenges and empower people managers with the skills needed for effective leadership in a hybrid environment. By fostering open discussions and using immersive drama-based learning, managers gained valuable insights into overcoming common workplace challenges.
Following the highly successful rollout, ted Learning was further commissioned to deliver presentation skills training and consciously inclusive recruitment workshops, reinforcing its impact in driving positive workplace change.
