Creating Inclusive Cultures: How ted Learning Supported Richmond Hill Hotel with Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Training
Following the successful delivery of our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training at Royal Garden Hotel, Richmond Hill Hotel was recommended to ted Learning as they sought to strengthen their commitment to inclusivity. Their goal was not only to ensure compliance but also to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture for all colleagues.
Building on the hospitality-focused training scripts we developed for Royal Garden Hotel, we took the time to understand the unique environment and challenges at Richmond Hill Hotel . This allowed us to tailor the content to reflect their specific needs while maintaining a highly relevant and engaging experience.
Through a blend of live drama and video-based scenarios, we worked closely with all people managers across two training sessions, equipping them with the skills and confidence to lead inclusively and embed best practices across the hotel.
