Rolls-Royce recognised the need to equip managers with the skills to handle difficult conversations effectively. Their goal was to showcase real-life workplace scenarios, highlighting current challenges while providing practical strategies for improvement. As part of a nationwide roadshow, they aimed to deliver engaging, hands-on training that enhanced leadership communication and conflict resolution. Following the success of the initial sessions, the client planned to expand the program across the UK, ensuring a consistent approach to effective management conversations company-wide.

ted Learning was initially engaged to deliver an interactive roadshow and EXPO event, providing bite-sized training sessions focused on effective workplace communication.
