As part of a nationwide roadshow, they aimed to deliver engaging, hands-on training that enhanced leadership communication and conflict resolution. Following the success of the initial sessions, the client planned to expand the program across the UK, ensuring a consistent approach to effective management conversations company-wide.
ted Learning was initially engaged to deliver an interactive roadshow and EXPO event, providing bite-sized training sessions focused on effective workplace communication. Following the success of this initiative, multiple departments across Rolls-Royce enlisted our expertise to help managers navigate brave conversations in challenging situations. Expanding our support, we also delivered conflict resolution and coaching workshops to various teams, equipping them with the skills to handle difficult discussions, foster collaboration, and enhance leadership effectiveness.
