The Royal Garden Hotel wanted to deliver EDI training to support their culture and to better empower their line managers in dealing with situations that arise from a very multicultural, multi-age organisation. They wanted something different, that would have the greatest impact and could be combined with digital learning to fully embed the training.
ted Learning was delighted to partner with the luxury Royal Garden Hotel to deliver our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training. To ensure a truly impactful experience, we conducted on-site observations, gaining first-hand insights into the hotel’s unique opportunities and challenges. Our off-the-shelf EDI programme was then customised to feature realistic drama-based scenarios set within a hospitality environment, addressing industry-specific challenges. Delivered across multiple sessions, the training empowered the entire hotel leadership team with the skills to foster a more inclusive and welcoming workplace. Following its success, the Royal Garden Hotel recommended ted Learning to other luxury hotels, where we continue to deliver transformative EDI training.
The actor delivered an outstanding performance, showcasing incredible range, depth, and emotional engagement with the character.
