WHAT CHALLENGE DID Schulte Group FACE?
BS Shipping, part of Schulte Group, originally contacted ted Learning for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training back in 2021. They wanted it delivered virtually to a global audience, so didn’t need the law element, but wanted it linked to their values and behaviours. They wanted it completely bespoke to a shipping company and targetted initially at their land based teams.

Bringing Learning to Life: How ted Learning Delivered Customised Training for Schulte Group
ted Learning collaborated closely with the L&D team and key stakeholders at BS Shipping / Schulte Group to create tailored training content, ensuring maximum relevance and engagement. We developed bespoke scripts and filmed drama-based scenarios, incorporating BS Shipping uniforms and industry-specific language to enhance authenticity. The training was customised for global audiences, with sessions delivered across multiple time zones, combining discussion, drama observation, and real-world expectations.
Following its success, BS Shipping commissioned ted Learning to create digital training on remote working, including separate courses for managers and employees. This content tackled key business challenges using drama-driven storytelling, featuring actors from around the world to reflect the company’s diverse workforce.
