ted Learning was delighted to secure this tender and collaborate with Shelter, a charity that believes everyone deserves a home. Shelter sought expert training to help its team navigate difficult conversations within the organisation, after identifying that employees were either avoiding these discussions altogether or struggling to make them productive.
To address this, ted Learning proposed a fully bespoke digital course, featuring custom-filmed drama scenarios that demonstrated ineffective conversations and provided practical guidance for achieving positive, solution-focused outcomes.
