Sport England wanted to deliver a blended learning and developent programme on Giving and Receiving Feedback. They wanted their staff to understand their approach to performance management and the coaching and feedback principles within.
ted Learning designed a three-part blended learning experience, combining a virtual workshop featuring live actors to bring real workplace scenarios to life, a digital learning module for their LMS covering goal setting and feedback techniques, and follow-up coaching sessions to reinforce learning and support practical application.
This tailored approach provided engaging, interactive, and accessible training, equipping employees with the skills to deliver and receive feedback effectively in line with organisational values.
