WHAT CHALLENGE DID Stagedoor Manor FACE?
Stagedoor Manor is a performing arts training centre based in New York State, USA and they wanted to deliver Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training to their organisation in a virtual environment that would appeal to their theatre/drama approach to what they do. They discovered ted Learning by doing online searches, and felt our approach would work well for them. They wanted the scripts to be tailored to their organisation and utilising US Actors.

Bringing Drama to Life: How ted Learning with Stagedoor Manor for High-Impact Virtual Training
ted Learning worked collaboratively with Stagedoor Manor , the renowned performing arts training camp, to create a bespoke drama-based training experience that met their unique challenges and objectives.
With the training set to be delivered to a large virtual audience, we knew it needed to be high-impact, immersive, and engaging. Our team worked closely with Stagedoor to develop tailored scripts that brought their key messages to life in a way that felt both realistic and compelling.
To ensure authenticity, we cast American actors from our team to deliver the performances, working alongside our Lead EDI Trainer to create a seamless and dynamic learning experience. The result? A fully engaged audience who actively participated, connected with the content, and left feeling inspired and empowered.
