Trust Payments is a fast growing payment solution business and met ted Learning at an event and wanted to know more about our drama-based approach as they felt it would work well in a fintech environment. They had identified a need to rollout Diversity, Equality and Inclusion training to all employees and inclusive recruitment training for all recruiting managers.
ted Learning was awarded the contract to deliver Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training, alongside Consciously Inclusive Interview training, across all UK locations, Ireland, the USA, and Malta. This involved a blended approach, delivering face-to-face sessions where possible and virtual training for wider global teams.
To ensure maximum impact, our bespoke scripts were carefully designed with Trust Payment‘s younger audience in mind, making the training engaging, relatable, and accessible. Additionally, we incorporated country-specific legal frameworks for Malta, Ireland, and the USA, ensuring compliance while maintaining a consistent and impactful learning experience.
By structuring the Interview Skills training immediately after the EDI sessions, we reinforced key learning points and provided practical applications for hiring managers and recruiters.
Our partnership with Trust Payments has since expanded, and we now regularly deliver training on Sexual Harassment Awareness and Disability Awareness, further strengthening their commitment to building an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
