They decided to think outside the box and look for suppliers outside their usual pool in the USA as this was a global rollout. They approached ted Learning as they loved the option of using drama based learning. This needed to be delivered virtually and feel special, like a studio production. Using a diverse cast of actors, we brought to life realistic workplace scenarios, reflecting both enthusiasm and scepticism around the shift to hybrid working. This ensured that all perspectives were acknowledged, making the session authentic, relatable, and impactful.
To maximise engagement, we incorporated:
This innovative approach led to genuine mindset shifts, equipping Universal Music Group leaders with the tools to effectively manage hybrid teams. The success of the programme resulted in ted Learning being commissioned for further training, reinforcing our expertise in blended learning and leadership development.
